Good day Everyone! How is your Wednesday shaping up? Today I have a short and sweet workout converted for you. I was watching a BuzzFeed video the other day and it reminded me that you don’t always need an hour to work out or even 30 minutes. If you have 10 minutes a day you can keep yourself from becoming run down and out of shape. How you ask? Consistency. If you devote yourself to at least only 10 minutes a day you can get a workout in and have the other 23 hours and 50 minutes for other things.
Once that 10 minutes gets too easy change your routine, add 5 minutes, or change the movements. The options are endless. That’s one of the things that CrossFit taught me. Constantly varied movement done consistently will produce results. So the next time you think you’re too busy to work out, realize that you’ve probably spend 10 minutes of your day deciding that you don’t have the time, when you could have just workout. Ok on to the WOD, Enjoy!
