Looking for something to do to keep in shape while you travel? Try this:

Equipment needed: Jump Rope, yourself, and enough space to use your jump rope.

3 Rounds for time:

100 double unders/ 200 Singles (double unders are 2 rotations of the rope in one jump)

20 push ups

40 air squats

This is a quick total body workout out you can do in your hotel room, conference center, under the Eiffel tower…really wherever you are. Check back here every Wednesday for more workouts you can do while on the go!
