WOD Wednesday on the Road


Hi Everyone! Sorry about the late post. I\’ve been traveling. Originally I wasn\’t sure how far I was going to drive today. I thought maybe 4/5 hours, I ended up going almost 10! To say the least I\’m a bit tired. So this will be a short post.

I\’ve been doing a lot of hiking on this trip. Maybe it\’s because I\’m visiting National Parks, maybe it\’s because I\’m visiting cities, either way my preferred method of transportation once I get somewhere has been my two feet. It allows me to sleep well at night. That mixed with the Canadian Rockies air, I\’m sure my stay here will be pleasant. Tonight I\’m in Banff and tomorrow Lake Louise.

I\’m looking forward to seeing both as they have been on my bucket list for a while, however I do know that I\’ll be walking a much more. However I know that a lot of hiking can be tough on my legs and lower back so I\’ve been doing a lot of yoga as well. If this trip has taught me anything it is that you need to self-care, even when you\’re sleepy. Ok on to the WOD.

Not too complicated but one that is an oldie but a goodie.

Complete 100 Push Ups

Note: every time you break your pushups (that means every time you have to take a break) do 10 V-ups.
